Messer to Showcase Cryogenic Innovations at IBIE

Messer, provider of cryogenic temperature control solutions, will showcase its KwikChiller in an Innovation Suite at the 2025 International Baking Industry Exposition. This technology cools or freezes bakery and prepared-food products at a high throughput in a compact footprint.

“Bakers and processors have long sought a reliable way to maintain product quality while scaling up their operations,” says Don Smiley, director of food and beverage at Messer. “With the continuous operational design and a compact footprint of the KwikChiller, processors can now rapidly cool or freeze delicate or texture-sensitive products while simultaneously boosting throughput.”

Messer invites all IBIE attendees to visit its booth, where Messer’s food team can help address challenges with a full portfolio of freezing and chilling solutions.
