Dissipative Film and Bags for Electronics Packaging
Cortec’s EcoSonic VpCI-125 Static Dissipative Film & Bags are designed to protect sensitive electronics against static and corrosion. Cortec VpCI films and bags replace conventional rust preventatives such as oils and desiccants, allowing the product to be used immediately without cleaning or degreasing. Vapor phase corrosion inhibitors embedded in the film and bags vaporize and condition the atmosphere inside the package to protect void and recessed areas. These vapors form a protective molecular layer that does not need to be cleaned off the surfaces of metal components to which it attaches. They are designed for adding an extra layer of static and corrosion protection in process, storage or shipment.

Custom, Reusable and Recyclable Shipping Materials
Cute But Crazy Socks now ships customer orders in 100% recycled and 100% recyclable poly mailers. The mailers are printed with a repeating pattern of the company's playful logo. These mailers can be reused at least once to ship more items or easily make a return, thanks to a second self-adhesive strip that sits beneath the easy-tear perforations. When it has finished its life as a mailer, it can ultimately be recycled in a plastic film bin available at most supermarkets. Each order also includes a sticker — and its backing are zero waste and fully recyclable, which are typically unrecyclable.

Scotch & Soda Partners Compostable Packaging
In 2022, a minimum of one million of Amsterdam-based fashion brand Scotch & Soda’s garments will be packed in TIPA bioplastic bags. For the first two collections of the year, TIPA bags will represent 21% of the total product packaging and will be used for high volume items. TIPA bags are made from 20% biobased, which are made either wholly or partially from renewable biological resources, such as sugar cane or corn starch, and 80% fossil-based plastic. An alternative to conventional plastic, TIPA bags are biodegradable and compostable. The bags are suitable for at-home and industrial composting and are designed to fully disintegrate over a three to six month period.
