Babywear Packaging Styled for Ecommerce

Corrugated packaging expert Saica Pack worked with babywear brand BIBaDO to design and create a visually captivating packaging solution for its range of bibs. The bib, designed to be worn like a top, straps to a child’s highchair, covering the gap between them and their tray. After being challenged by BIBaDO to create something that placed emphasis on quality and style, Saica Pack developed a nine color e-commerce pack with an adhesive strip that visually reflects the personality of the brand. Thought-out graphics with brand messages are printed on the inside and outside of the box to ensure that the corrugated pack becomes a key part of the customer’s unboxing experience. A parent-friendly tear-strip opening feature has been integrated to enable the consumer to open the pack and access the products.

Bringing out Alaska’s Authenticity
Creative agency Affinity was retained to completely reimagine the Anchorage Distillery offering beginning with reestablishing its brand essence. The goal was to create packaging with a hand-made, customized and specialty-crafted look and feel that conveys Alaska's authentic and adventurous spirit. The new Anchorage Distillery logo projects authenticity and achieves strong brand registration on a white textured label stock. The engraving of an Alaskan Moose emphasizes a rugged and robust brand spirit. The creative agency recommended new glass bottle structures more aligned with the brand's personality. For instance, The Aurora Gin translucent-colored glass effect is unique. Inspired by the aurora borealis and Alaska's dramatic, undulating-blue waters, the new bottle now underscores the brand's origin. Additionally, the switch from transparent closures to wood stoppers delivers a sophisticated, down to earth, craft vibe for the entire product line.

East African Food Company Launches First Branded Product
The Perennial Foods Group has launched its first branded product, Kib herbal tea range, with brand and packaging design by London studio & SMITH. The herbal teas use herbs grown by Ethiopian smallholder farmers in food for where a range of crops are grown together using regenerative techniques that enrich the soil. They offer a new, hopeful direction for global agriculture. The design offers a fresh take on the themes of ethical food and drink packaging, and is also a departure for the herbal tea category. The designs are unlike anything else in the tea sector. In a category laden with color – the simple black and white of the Kib color palette will stand out on shelf. Yet the illustrations conjure images of the food forests and an earthy but bold palette to represent each flavor.

Dropps Shows Off Updated Branding, New Packaging
Dropps, a direct-to-consumer challenger brand, is now marked by the introduction of an updated brand identity that emphasizes powerful cleaning from nature. Updated product packaging and rollout of a redesigned website allows future product and category expansions. The eco-friendly household cleaning company known for its single-dose laundry and dishwashing detergent pods, has updated its brand identity with reimagined brand logos, fonts, color schemes and messaging. There are no adhesives used, as all product info and ingredients are now printed directly on the product packaging. As well, the packaging size was reduced with single, couple and family sizes having the same footprint. Anchored by an “eliminate the stupid, elevate the core” mantra — get rid of the unnecessary, and make life simple for both people and planet — the brand refresh positions the business for future success as it expands into other areas of the home outside of dishwashing and fabric care.
