ELBA’s New SA-V Machine
ELBA S.p.A. presents the new SA-V, a high-speed automatic pouch making machine, at Pack Expo 2024.
The SA-V is modular and flexible, adapting to various formats and types of pouches, and can run with several laminated materials and mono PE recyclable printed or unprinted films. Mechanical precision and intuitive software guarantee impeccable finishes and high-strength seals, even with difficult prints on technical materials.
The versatility of the accessories developed by ELBA allows the machine to be customized, based on the customer’s production needs.
The SA-V is engineered to minimize machine downtime and simplify maintenance operations. Furthermore, its compact design reduces the overall machine layout, allowing better tension control on the material during the sealing phase and little waste. Despite the dimensions, a high output is guaranteed, to meet even the most demanding requests.
According to the configuration, this model manufactures stand-up/Doypack, side gusset, center seal, and 2/3 side seal pouches and can operate at up to 300 strokes per minute.
